1. Interior Design
Whether you need a full home makeover or a room redesign, we help you create spaces that are functional and visually stunning.
• Hourly Rate: €155.50 (excl. btw) per hour
• Fixed Rate per Project: Starting from €5,000 (depending on project size)
(Includes design, mood boards, color consultation, and 2D/3D visualizations)
2. Renovation Advice & Project Management
Planning a renovation? We guide you from start to finish with design proposals, material selection, and full project management.
• Renovation Advice: €170.00 (excl. btw) per hour
• Project Management: Starting at €5,000
(Includes managing contractors, scheduling, budget tracking, and quality control)
3. Inventory & Furniture Advice
Need help with selecting furniture and accessories? We ensure everything fits your style, needs, and budget.
• Furniture Advice: €155.50 (excl. btw) per hour
• Sourcing Fee: 10-15% of the purchase value of the furniture
(We’ll source and purchase furniture, handle delivery, and arrange placement)
Complete Interior Design + Project Management + Renovation Advice Package
For a total starting price of €32,000, you receive a complete package, including interior design, project management, and renovation advice. The price may vary based on the surface area of your home.
• Interior Design: A full design of your home, including mood boards, layout proposals, material and color choices, and visualizations.
• Project Management: We’ll manage the entire renovation process—coordinating all activities, working with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Renovation Advice: We provide expert guidance from the planning stage all the way through to supervising contractors, helping with everything from layout to materials.
